Pre & Post Natal Classes:

Exercise during pregnancy is so important. As a trainer and a new mum myself, I want to use my skills and knowledge to inform women the benefits of exercise. I offer weekly bootcamps for pre and post-natal women. All the exercises are low impact and carefully planned to make all mums and mums to be feel safe. Clients leave the session feeling invigorated, happy and energised knowing they have moved their body!
