£90 One-Off 12 Week Plan


A structured 12-week programme you can follow at home, delivered through an app with
demo videos included. You’ll get a clear plan you can repeat as often as you like,
designed to build strength and fitness over time.


Ideal if you want a one-off plan to follow on your own, without ongoing support.

 

£150/Month — Online Coaching (3- Month Commitment)


A fully bespoke coaching programme tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
You’ll get regular updates, accountability, and ongoing support to keep you progressing
— with everything delivered through an app for ease and simplicity.

- Updated every 4 weeks
- Weekly check-ins & ongoing support
- Nutrition guidance included
- Pre & Post natal friendly (safe modifications provided)
- 20-minute free consultation before starting
